All Seasons Season 5

It's been a while since we last updated you on our hiking series, All Seasons. Today, we'll discuss the locations we've explored and what's in store for the rest of this season.
The All Seasons Hiking Show is one of the original projects created in 2021 to take viewers on an adventure around unique hiking destinations around Pennsylvania. We have featured many stunning destinations over the past few years, and this season is upping the ante for how we can showcase eco-tourism across the state. The show showcases aerial imagery from our drones, time-lapses of trails, and our journey heading toward our destination from action cameras. We highlight the nature and wildlife found using the Seek App by iNaturalist. We feature ecology, geology, and geospatial science and break down what we see from the eyes of the expert show hosts.

The longest-tenured host is Ben Long. Ben has been the show host dating back to Season 1 and presents each destination's cultural, historical, and fascinating aspects. Ben has a practical approach to his presentation style, describing what he sees, and he focuses the hike around the hike to a destination like an old cemetery, waterfall, or something else breathtaking. Ben has hosted over ten episodes and three of the four hikes so far in Season five.

The newest host of the hiking show is Josh Merichko. Josh has a Bachelor's Degree in geology and a Master's Degree in environmental planning. He focuses on geologic features such as rock formations. On hikes, Josh assesses the environment and teaches the viewers about topics like acid mine drainage, beech leaf disease, and forest succession. He has appeared in five episodes and has become a more prominent part of the show by adding even more so that the viewers can learn about the environment as they tune in to watch our hikes. Between Ben and Josh, the hiking show has continued to improve with content that will give you a history and/or cultural lesson, along with potentially learning something about the environment where we are hiking if they are both featured in an episode.
Josh Merichko
AAron Capouellez is the show's drone pilot, cameraman, and video editor. He focuses on getting the best shot of the environment. He keeps a camera rolling at all times to get the best shots possible, whether in a timelapse, drone clip, or weather camera timelapse. He highlights animals, plants, and fungi encountered along the trip.

Other hosts for the show are Josh Babl, Tyler Streets, and Aaron Nickas. They have been featured in videos throughout the show's history and might always tag along to add more to the hike. Whether it is being an extra cameraman or comic relief, the guys have been part of memorable moments in the show's history.
